    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, new sky customer and I have another probably dumb question.&amp;nbsp; I'm on the basic package and I thought that included netflix? I cant see how I watch netflix without first creating an netflix account and paying. Am I being a div and missing something? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3414286"&gt;@Superjack2005&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix (Ultimate TV) and Sky Signature had been bundled together but I don't know if they still are.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it list Ultimate TV in your package?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, can back and tell them what you were promised and they can listen to the recording if required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ultimate TV only gets you Netflix Basic. If you also have the Sky HD pack, you get Netflix HD (up to two screens/devices), and if you also have the UHD pack, you get Netflix Premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
