    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I had my box replaced with a 32B107, my old one was an original non HDR gen 1 box. It looks like it's not been configured properly, I was just wondering what anyone else's box description was before I ring. In the box settings under My Account - My Package it's listed as a Sky Q 2TB UHD Non-HDR, is it meant to say HDR or what?       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1150436"&gt;@PaulMac79&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it will probably take a while before your image is approved so that we can see it so I don't know what it is showing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have only just got it it is possible that the software is out of date , if so follow the instructions in this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="Software/Apps Update" href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/fixing-sky-q-tv-apps/missing-apps" target="_self"&gt;Software/Apps Update&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please note the step to refresh the software sometimes appears to work but does not update to the latest version initially but usually does after 2 or 3 attempts so if it hasn't updated to Q160 after the first attempt do try at least a couple more times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, it's on 160, I just wanted to know what someone (who's works) box was saying it was called ie not non-HDR, but rather, well whatever it is. But thanks for your suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apparently I have only a Mini box, no main box showing. In fact I have a 32B2xx Main box and two Mini boxes. If your hardware version is 32B1xx then you have HDR (obviously with the correct TV 2160p 10bit and UHD subscription).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
