&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if you navigate to settings in the box's menu and enter 0,0,1 before clicking select you will open the hidden egineer's menu. In there you will find the LNB type setting decribed above carefully change that from Wideband to SCR and confirm the change - do not make any other changes in that part of the menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No Sky Q Satellite Signal - Communal Dish</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just moved into a new flat (communal dish) and the Sky Q set up is different from my previous house. There is only 1 sat cable and there is a powered unit as in the images. Try as I may I cannot get a signal. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To enter the engineers menu do the follow&lt;BR /&gt;press the home button then scroll down to setting sand hi-light &lt;BR /&gt;do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;once in there in set up you will find the LNB option&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then re-apply mains power and your Sky Q receiver should now configure itself in a mode that allows it to command the communal dCSS adaptor / dSCR multiswitch to provide it with the Single Cable Router feed that it requires.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Godfrey.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
