    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am wondering if there is a conflict between user names that is causing the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If SkyQ is in your name, and the Netflix is in your partners name I suspect the SkyQ login won't recognise it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Someone with a higher level than me may know on here, or you may have to check with Sky, or change the Netflix account into your name.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a separate Netflix account that isn't linked to my sky package ( it's in my partners name) I'm entering the correct details but for some reason it won't let me log in. The message that is appearing is "we can't find an account matching the information you entered. When you try again, remember your email address is not case sensitive, but passwords are. The details are 100% as logged in on my iPhone and tablet just seems to be a problem on the Netflix app on sky. Please could you advise ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
