Getting somone from Sky to contact e about moving home.

I have been trying to get in contact with sky about moving my dish and services but it seems impssoble. Im very near cancelling with sky as I am not living at the abode anymore and do not avail of the the sky q box or wi fi.

@Tullym10All you can do is keep trying, as there is no other way of getting a home move, you would have to contact them anyway if you wanted to cancel.

Make sure you keep your Q box and viewing card as you will want them at your new address or return them to Sky if you cancel.

You just need to hold on the line, even if it tells you to go online for help. Hold on and you'll get through to someone.

That's going to be a problem if you are no longer in possession of the Hub or Q television hardware.

Typically you'd be expecting a 2-3 week wait after placing an order for TV and broadband installation at a new address: the advice is always to book well before you move.
