I wonder if your main box and mini are now on different software? What software version is your mini showing, and what's on your main box? Any disparity between them could possibly now be causing this.

Hi, in the last few days the sound is dropping out regularly on my Sky Q mini.

Nothing in terms of my home set up has changed.

I have done basic resets (switching all boxes off including wifi) but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this?
I wanted to try this forum first before calling Sky.
Any advice/ideas would be great thanks.

Thanks Rhonny, I've just updated my Sky Q mini as the software was different to the main box. I always believed updates were done automatically?
Fingers crossed that will solve the issue 🤞

Thanks again for your help & advice 👍
