    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replies, no changes at all. This has happened today as far as well can tell. Will reset box and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot download sky cinema - asks for subscription upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - we have sky cinema as part of our package but currently unable to download from the Sky cinema. It says upgrade subscription required. I've tried changing format as well with no luck and followed steps for viewing card too. Any one else had this issue and can shed some light please? We are still able to watch channels live.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
