SKY Q box - Failing?

We have had sky q for a while and still have out origional sky q box, recently over last few months the main sky box keeps cutting out and stopping if it was recording at the time. We have done the resets checked software etc. This is along with freezing occasionally.

We have also noticed that the mini boxes are also having problems, connecting to the main box, regualrry not pausing, rewinding, or wont stop when a rewind has started for example of course these run through the WIFI so we though connection could be poor, however, these mini boxes work fine with netflix (as part of our package on sky) through the same box, it like the main box is struggling to transfers its data.

We have reset the mini boxes, the main box, checked software, disconnected and reconnected them, along with the WIFI.

Help!

Call up and get yourself a replacement main Q box.

The minis can't work if the main box doesn't work as they get all their information and content from the main box.

Thank advisers not very helpful, can see issues but no reasoning or solution!

How was it left? No replacement box? That's the simplest thing for them to organise as it gets sent out by courier, doesn't even need an engineer appointment....

They shouldn't need to see a reason: it's their job to despatch either a replacement box or an installer to investigate, and that's what you should insist on.
