I need someone to ring me. It's impossible to find someone to talk too. I owe nothing on my sky and can't use catch up. You did this last time. You need to fix this please sky

@Lynette+pace I'm afraid Sky won't call you in repsonse to a forum post, this is a customer helps customer forum, no one has account access, neither would they know who you are from a forum post.

You can call Sky on 150 if you have a Sky Landline or Mobile, you need to remain on the line past the automated message, when asked why your calling say technical. Best times to call are after 9pm or just after 7am.
