Sky Q mini box losing connection

I've recently got a sky Q mini box that keeps losing connection and asking me to reactivate. Brought a WiFi booster and the issue is still happening

You need a Sky Q booster, not a general wifi booster. The mini won't connect to anything but Sky equipment, unless by ethernet.

Sky will provide a booster for free if needed and it must be placed half way between the main box and the mini box to help the signal reach the mini box.

Yes, it's a booster for the Sky mesh between their boxes.

This mesh is just for Sky Q boxes if you don't have Sky broadband.

For those who do have Sky broadband, this mesh is also their wifi network.
