    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good point! I have seen this situation with sky so many times as I've been through the forum. When I called they did say they are not allowed to tell me if they had received the box, I had to provide proof.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to find my receipt for my sky q box return and sky are trying to charge me for the box. Surely sky scan the codes when they receive the package. I think maybe this is a regular thing and sky are trying to get more money off me. No way do a massive company like sky not track their returns as they come in. Any help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
