Sky Q Mini Box Frozen

Hi I have recently moved into a new house and have had Sky Q and Sky Broadband installed. When the engineer arrived Sky Broadband was delayed as there were issues on Sky's side in processing the order therefore a week later I needed to self install my sky q mini box. Since connecting to the internet the q mini box is frozen on the main sky home page and the remote will not work with the box at all. Can anyone suggest a fix for this ?

The mini box connects to the main Q box or Booster if supplied.
