    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have recently moved into a new house and have had Sky Q and Sky Broadband installed. When the engineer arrived Sky Broadband was delayed as there were issues on Sky's side in processing the order therefore a week later I needed to self install my sky q mini box. Since connecting to the internet the q mini box is frozen on the main sky home page and the remote will not work with the box at all. Can anyone suggest a fix for this ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
