No Series link GB news

On Monday's launch of GB news , Channel 515, I was able to series link the different programmes. Today, it appears that series links are now Unavailable.

Could this be a problem with my personal Sky Q set up or has Sky policy now decided that GB news will have no series link availability? All other series link requests are working correctly, software is up to date..

I don't want to chase a problem which is not there . Any information would be much appreciated. I have emailed Sky but no response yet to my direct question of Sky policy. I will ring Customer services I guess as a last resort. Many Thanks in advance.

@ian+david+c You won't get an immediate response from them to your email, it's unlikely anyone on the forum will know why GB news shows aren't series linking, we'll only be able to guess at what the issue may be. You'll just need to be patient.

It's most probably the fault of GB News not supplying correct EPG info. They don't seem to be getting much right on the technical side of things... or on any side of things actually.

Thank you again for your replies.

A very nice lady and technical colleagues at Sky have just informed me that because its a new channel it may take a few days for the programme scheduling to embed itself and series link should resume in the very near future.

As GB News is not a Sky originated channel it would be up the the channel to resolve the series link info.
