      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;havent been happy with sky TV from start. Rang them to let them know, not to renew my tv subscription after this contract. Was told "sure no problem, wrote it in the system", now they renewed it without my consent. Cant ring them now because of work, anyone have their e-mail address? it seems to be well hidden on their site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky's contracts do not 'renew'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They continue until you give formal notice (31 days) to leave. &amp;nbsp;Only the discounts expire after the minimum term.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to call or use the chat to give this notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only give 31 days notice to cancel Sky TV so whatever you previously doesn't apply so you would need to contact them to do this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are a few ways to do this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
