An offer made over the telephone

I was offered a sky TV deal over the phone and the lady said they would call me back to give me time to think about it.

I've decided to take up the deal but they haven't called me back and the number doesn't allow connection. Who do I contact please?

I'm afraid you will need to call Sky, however as you didn't take the offer there & then it is highly probable the deal may have expired.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Unless things have changed recently which I doubt they have, usually when you are offered a discount you have to take it up there or then as it isn't usually available should you decide to take it up a later date or time. You could try calling Sky back yourself but don't be surprised if they don't offer you the same as before.
