SkyID issue

Hi,

I left Sky a number of years ago.
Tonight I have rejoined and have been given a new account number to previous one.

However, when I attempt to login to MySky with my email, this SkyID is linked to my old account number. There is no option to unlink that account number, nor add my new account number.

can anyone advise?

You'll have to use a different email or call Sky to try and get it unlinked

Could you advise me of the best number to call to do this?

@Killie1 You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

You might not need to call Sky @Killie1 as you should be able to do this yourself, login to your old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

And remove the email address, you might not to provide another one.

Once you have done this you can then use the email address when setting up a new one here:
