Sky credit refund after leaving

My account is showing as in credit on my last bill as I've left. I wondered how I received this and the time it takes if it is automatic. Tried to call but queues are enormous.

It should be returned automatically within 6 weeks of leaving. However, you may need to call to give it a nudge.

Or someone may escalate from here...
