@Livedreams Phone sky before your service is restricted and see if they can help

as once you are restricted they won't do anything until the outstanding balance is paid and new continuous payment method setup

When is it due and how do you normally pay?

If Direct Debit then Sky will try 10 days after first collection before restricting services.

As mentioned, call Sky before the payment fails. Not sure there's much they can do other than if you are not in a contracted period, it might be worth discussing reducing your subscription to a more manageable amount.

If you are paid monthly, something you should look at is changing payment date(won't be possible for current month if less than 14 days to payment date) to a day after your regular payment

You could set it to 28th of the month or 1st of the following month.
