Direct debit not taken

I was supposed to have an payment took out on the 26th but it's not come out yet. I upgraded my TV package twice with two of its free for 2 months on the 13th and 25th would that change the direct debit date? Also how long would it be till they cut services off after the 26th?

@sivy If your Direct Debit payment fails Sky will try again in 10 days. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your TV services are restricted followed shortly after by your Broadband if you have it through Sky. Give Sky a call for peace of mind.

That's the thing it's not been rejected but just not been taken out, just wondered if it was down to the change in packages. It was meant to come out 26th but still nothing.

I would take a look on your Sky Account and see what it says in the Billing section. As long as you have a DD in place and the funds available I can't see Sky stopping the services. If it's not clear what's happening, I'd give them a call this morning.

It just says due to come out on the 26th. But a future bill says it's been added to that one
