      <description>&lt;P&gt;When sky send out the box to return the equipment they print the return label so could keep the tracking number and keep that in the customers file if they wanted but just want to make extra money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had read all this before returning the Internet box and guess what after sending the box was still getting text messages to return it. Had to phone them and give the tracking number to clarify,&amp;nbsp; now got another box today. So I'm suggesting if they wanted to make things easier for everyone and not wrongly charge people they could put the tracking number in our folder along with the rest of our info and even if someone misplaced the receipt and relied on Royal mail, still Sky could track the equipment.&amp;nbsp; Won't cost much but will stop the extra cash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The other thing they could do is when they send out the message to return the equipment ask to send the tracking number as soon as we get it. This way its safe in our folder with them as well. So if the customer does misplace it its still on the system. I don't know why the Royal Mail do a perfect job everywhere else but with these items they deliver them to the wrong address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
