SKY CINEMA DEAL

Hi I got an email from sky last month to get me to add on cinema for free for a month then £5 for 6 months. I added on and it's been free for 1 st month then £10 second month and the £19 for the remainder!! Can anyone help?

Update - Spoken to @mrsfusion and after checking the billing we can see the offer is billing correctly.

The first 2 months free is in 2 parts due to the billing dates, and has come up 79p short so we have credited £1 to cover that. The second part of the offer is now billing correctly.

For these 2 part offers what happens is the first part, 2 months free, is applied first. And the second half of the offer, 6 months at £5, this only get applied at the end of the first month of free cinema due our billing process. This is an automatic process.

When will my billing be updated then? As showing not free and £20 extra for the months ??? I haven't spoken to anyone either? Lol

@mrsfusion I concur with @GD1 you Must have spoken to either @Lisa-P1987 or another member of live chat as per @Lisa-P1987's post earlier this morning

in any event billing can take several days to update
