hi, I have returned my sky router, they have charged me £50 for non return. I rang an agent who said I should get the email from the web site to send a copy of receipt. cannot find any email address for this purpose. Anybody know what it is please. tks

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
