    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to get this sorted for a week now, I keep getting told I'm in arrears on my account when I'm not I've paid from the 16th November through too the 16th December. I can't even physically pay next months bill on the make a payment section of my bills as according to my sky I don't owe any money until the 17th December, every time I've tried to explain this to the customer service team over the phone it's like I'm talking to a broken English brick wall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My bank details are the same as they have been for the two years I've had sky, why would I have to set another direct debit up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
