      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a phone through sky, passed the credit check and paid £35 upfront. Then the next day I got an email saying the order had been cancelled. I called them up and they said it was because my address was linked to an old account. I've only moved to this house 5 weeks ago and don't even have sky tv but they said there was nothing they could do. I got one from 3 the best day. Anyway I still haven't received my £35 refund even though it has now been 15 days. I would like my money back and I've tried to call but cannot get through. Any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you require it sooner, give Sky a call and they can usually refund you in 3-5 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;will help&lt;BR /&gt;(In the UK): click on the Need More Help and it will provide a 0333 number.&lt;BR /&gt;(In the ROI): in the very bottom right corner of the same link change the flag to the ROI to obtain the relevant 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a little quieter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you failed a credit check because of this address issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You don't have to phone if you don't want to as&amp;nbsp;I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow&amp;nbsp;regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
