Sky cinema email offer

I've had an email offer for a free 4 week trial then if I wish to continue it would be £5 a month for 6 months. When I click the link it times out and eventually goes to page to upgrade to sky cinema for £11 a month. I can't find the contact details for who to speak to.

My link works but only discounts it to £9 a month not free as described in the email I received

I believe Sky has confirmed that the offer and the bills will be resolved when its due to be applied.
Try a search on here, unless another customer can provide the link?

I'm getting through with link today, didn't work yesterday as it was only offering me sky cinema for £11. Today I can get it free but then says afterwards it's £11 with sky sports which I don't have, so confused.

@tloua70 I ended up calling the support line, and they were very helpful and sorted it all out for me. Not ideal, but at least I have free movies for 4 weeks and it for £5 for 6 months after that 🙂
