      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello sir/madam. Due to illness and being off work payment can not be paid. I have been trying to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;contact somebody over the last few days to explain my situation. All i get is if you can't pay now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not speak to some. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would like to change payment dates to the 21st of each month and as from Monday I will be able to pay some of the bill as I am on universal credit.I'm recovering from illness.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for you £12.00 extra charge i find this very unfair. Due to not been able to speak to someone to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;explain the Situation as previously mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kind regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;f.Anderson.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
