contacting sky about my cancellation

I have tried multiple times to cancel part of my subscription. However Sky does not want to help. What are my next posibile steps i can take?

In what way are they not helping? What services are you trying to cancel? If you are in a minimum term then you can't cancel until that period is up.

@Rudi+W If you are eligible to cancel you need to contact Sky Customer Services. You can ring or try the messaging service.

My contract is up this month and i do not wish to continue due to the lack of support. I have spend time and money only because i can not find anyone to get in contact with. Even the reply above (with the two links) does not get me in contact with them. The sentence get in contact with us... what does that mean? How? As many large companies they all want you to become their customer. But once when they have you as their customer they will abandon you asap. There is no contact but prices keep rising. Im completely done with Sky.

So i did.

I then got dreicted to a promissing looking page with all kinds of ways to contact sky.

I clicked on send an email.... you know what i got?

nothing else. Its a complete joke

The link provided DOES show contact options, you have clicked on them???? As customers we can only do so much and have been more than helpful in providing advise & links.

There should be a phone number on that page you got directed to so give them a call.

i have tried to call over a dozen times. I have texted and chatted at least a dozen times (including Facebook) , During those chats i have explained what the problem is and everytime again (like you do here) i receive an answer : call them. This is a scam and nothing other than that. Once when i add something to my package i can not take it off. I now want to cancell everything as i think its not worth the hassle (as you can read).

As already advised we are all customers here you can't request to cancel you services via a public forum. If you're in a minimum term then that is what you agreed to taking any services, not sure what you want fellow customers to do for you in this case?

Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a little quieter.

The three of us have explained how to cancel and how to call Sky. I don't think there is anything further we can add. Keep trying and good luck with it.

You're posting in a public forum, people will respond whther you want them to or not. You can't tell people to not reply simply because you don't like the answers.
