Stop solicitation post

Dear Sky,

The previous owners have moved out and cancelled their Sky service many months ago. Yet I am still receiving promotional post addressed to them. How do I remove my address from receiving any further post?

We are not interested and these ads are a wasteful. We also do have a no solicitation post sign on our postbox which is being bypassed because these ads actually have an address. But clearly these are no official correspondance.

I cannot get through to your support via telephone as I am not a Sky customer and it has been a struggle just to get this far. Do you have an email address I can use to contact you about being removed from all of your mailing lists? Thank you for understanding.

If you're not a customer I'm not sure what you can do about receiving letters/promo stuff for previous customers, it is up to them to remove marketting preferences from their account.

@skyskankz In addition to that posted by @GD1 you may or may not be aware but you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. Sky won’t contact you as a result of your post on here.

Sky don't use email as a method of contact

as you are not the account holder of the account the ads are being address to I don't think there is anything you can do other than to use the return to sender method saying account holder no longer lives here

We are just customers you aren't addressing Sky. Stick them back in the the letter box writing on it not known at this address.

No other company has been an issue in being removed from their mailing list. Why is Sky special?

@skyskankz I'm pretty sure sky accepts calls from non customers as this is a sale mechanism ( @SDR am I right?) you just need to stay on the line as long as you can ignoring the voice prompts and wait to be connected
