      <title>Order Status - Action required</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have placed first Order on 7 Oct 2021 and I got updates that &lt;STRONG&gt;Action required&lt;/STRONG&gt; and When I callled to SKY customer care they told my order was placed on wrong port and they placed new order on 8 Oct 2021 and I didn't get any mail or sms regarding cancel/refund for my first order , I have paid 25 GBP for my first order. and then second order again got updates &lt;STRONG&gt;Action required&lt;/STRONG&gt; and again I called to Sky Customer care and they said order cannot process due to some technical issues and they canceled my second order also but again no confirmation on cancellation and refund. For second order I have paid 20 GBP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no proper communication on order status. So finally decided not place new order again as my current orders status are not cleared and no emails or SMS about status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could you provide details about my orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was very much interested with Sky products but without valid reason they canceling or holding orders makes me to look for other non-sky products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
