Need to get services put back on but can’t pay till Friday?

Hi, I forgot to phone sky to tell them my payment would be late as I am pregnant and baby brain made me forget! My 2 kids have devices which connect to the internet which they now can't use. Also I am very busy and the things I watch I have to record to watch when I can. Is there a way I can get services out on without making a payment until Friday?

@Kv92 Unfortunately services won't be restored until the outstanding balance has been paid and a new continuous payment method setup, unless you can get through via a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number

@Kv92 In addition if you’re 2 or more weeks in arrears you will also have to pay the next bill, as this will have been generated by now. Depending on your previous payment history, if you are able to pay all but £25 of the outstanding amount Sky will usually reinstate your services and they’ll add the £25 to the following months bill.

Simply put, no. It really is your responsibility to make sure you pay.
