      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3454377"&gt;@Tasha93&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4639"&gt;@Mark39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, when you see Direct Debit Reversal and a number next to it, this means your bank were unable to send the funds to us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There could be many reasons for this but the most common reason is that you did not have the funds in your bank at the time of us requesting this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We will resubmit your direct debit 10 days after the initial payment date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So for example if your payment due date is the 1st of the month, and the payment reversed, we will ask for the payment again on 11th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
