Rescheduling my installation from abroad

Hi there, I'm new to Sky. I'm abroad at the moment and had to change my return flight dates. I'm no longer going to be home on my installation date. How can I contact sky to change my installation date?

I've tried to change it using "My Orders" but at the end of the process it just says please call us to complete your request.

The phone number is 033xxxxxx (web forum won't allow me to post the full umber for some reason). Dropping the zero and adding +353 isn't working. Does anyone know of a geographical phone number for sky Ireland so I can reschedule my installation date?

Make sure the flag at the bottom right is set to the ROI as under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

https://www.sky.com/help

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

If you can't call @PeterLDJ then you could try Twitter or Facebook as a way of contacting Sky.

Thanks for the help. I was on the Sky U.K. website. Once I got the Irish number it worked fine from abroad.
