my charges have gone up 3 times in three months

@denisearlott In case you’re not aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here.

You may have recently started paying the full price because a discounted deal has now elapsed. You would have been told the duration of this deal when it was originally set up. Now could be a good time to ring Sky and negotiate a new deal, Once you’ve done this make a note of its end date.

Be aware you're not addressing Sky via the forum, we are all customers here so have no access to accounts. You can check your previous reduced bills these will no doubt show discounts, where your later bills wont.

Discounts are only for a limited time, not the lifetime of your service with Sky.
