I left sky and was promised a refund that would be sent via cheque. I am Still awaiting this cheque.

@vicki+burns In case you’re not aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here unless your post is escalated.

Refunds normally take 6 weeks but if you call Sky they can sort in 3-5 working days.

@vicki+burns As per @Daniel0210 response, when did your services end? As it would be 6 weeks from the end of your services.

@vicki+burns How long have you been waiting for the cheque as it will take quite a while to come through

As it doesn't follow the same timeframe for a manual or automatic straight to bank account transfer
