@Ebony+Cartwright In case you’re not aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here.

@Ebony+Cartwright Have you looked at your Sky.com account? All billing info will be there Sky Bill | Sky.com

Sky don't bill for Wifi, it is Broadband, since that is what it really is.

1. If you use the My Sky App you will find the complete break up of the services active with Sky. Under my account.

2. Got sky Q box! well press the home icon on the sky tv remote scroll down My sky, Once you enter My sky look for Bills - Enter the four-digit pin set by you, And you get the complete history of the services currently active in your package even allows you to forecast the future bills.
