Not got my refund

I left sky in Aug, the sky advisor told me I would get a refund on or around my DD date in Sept, this hasn't happened, how do I get this sorted out as I'm no longer with Sky?

@xxxrachxxxx Refunds normally take 6 weeks from the date the subscription ends.

@xxxrachxxxx As per @Daniel0210 yep it up to 6 weeks from the date your service ends. You can of course call Sky and they may be able to refund quicker, this will still take 3 to 5 working days.

@xxxrachxxxx You don't have to phone if you don't want to as I've escalated your post to sky

so look out for a blue bubble in bottom right hand corner when logged on to this forum over the next 48 hours

After speaking with xxxrachxxxx we have arranged for the credit to be refunded in the next 3-5 working days.
