Cancel sky tv

I need to cancel my mothers sky tv account.

All i see is a payment for £39.99 each month but no invoices and I have tried here ID and password, whcih do not work.

How do I get to cancel if I dont know the account number or sign-on details?

Is there an adress I can write to?

@Glyn2222 Only the account holder can cancel a Sky subscription or part of it. Your Mum needs to contact Sky. She can ring or try the messaging service. Obviously you can help her if need be. This link will probably help you. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#still-need-hand

Please note she may not be able to cancel if still within her minimum term though.

@Glyn2222 You're not talking to Sky, we are all customers here. Nor can you request cancellations through a public forum. You can only cancel someones account if you have authorisation to do so, are you authorised to deal with her account? In addition all bill/invoices are done online only. There don't send paper bills.

the only way you can cancel the account yourself is if you have a power of attorney over your mother's affairs

this would need to be registered with Sky accessibility
