    <description>&lt;P&gt;As you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year then your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID and use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. First try this link to do this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this link doesn't work for you then try it yourself by logging into the old account here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just signed up to Sky with an installation date of 21 September I had a previous account and when I now sign in using my email address it is fetching my old account details not my new one so I am unable to use the Sky Go app as it is saying I need to upgrade my account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
