Hi there i am trying very hard to find a contact email adddress for Sky Customer Services i have been told that an email address for customer servicse dose not exist but i cannot belive this is right every where not as an email address as point of contact.

I'm afraid you will have to believe it as there is no direct email address for customer support. What you have been told is correct.

the only available email address is only for customers registered with Sky accessibility

@john600253 You have been told correctly I'm afraid. If you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can dial free on 150, otherwise you can contact Sky through this link. The ‘Need More Help’ at the bottom of the page will provide a 0333 phone number.

Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.

@john600253 Many companies don't offer email as a customer service contact point. Mainly because they would need a whole new team of staff to sift through all of the nonsense emails they would get, meaning that responses to legitimate emails would be delayed

@john600253 sky like many companies dont offer email for a number of reasons:

Technical - email is not secure and open to hackers.

Security - sky cannot verify that you are who you say you are.

Legislation - sky must comply with keeping your data safe.

Operational - as per @oj01

Commercial - expensive and inefficient, open to abuse.

The list could go on....
