Why is my bill going up next month you have sent me an email stating its going up I think I pay enough. I was told that if I paid an extra £3 a month to include the movie channels the price would stay the same until November end of

You aren’t talking to Sky. We are fellow customers on here and obviously have no access to your account. Sky won’t contact you as the result of a post on here. You will need to contact Sky I’m afraid. It could be a discounted deal has nearly finished and youwill start paying the full price. You would have been told the duration of this deal when it was set up. If so it's time to ring Sky and negotiate a new deal. Once you’ve done this make a note of the end date.

No we never sent you any emails, the forum is a customer helps customer forum, we don't have any access to accounts, nor do we even know who ypou are.

If you were told you could get Sky movies for £3 a month then surely your price wouldmincrease by that?

As we are customers here, what does the email say because if you were sent one it could be because your discount you had that you have forgotten about is now coming to an end so now is this time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.
