You can’t cancel LFC TV online, why not?

Why can I not cancel LFC TV online, I cannot get through on the phones. I don't understand why Sky make things so difficult Is at least £100 a month for 21 years it enough? I get LFC TV every year and pre season, whilst still having to pay for sky sports even though there is no football on. Think it's time to start looking elsewhere!

@Lila1970 You can't cancel online as that is what Sky have decided, there is not reason why you can't get through on the phone unless your putting the phone down as soon as you hear the automated message?

When calling stay on the line, even if it tells you to hang up, when you are asked why your calling say Technical. best times to call are after 9pm & 7am when lines are less busy.

If you can't get through on the phone, you're not trying hard enough.

You can't cancel anything online - it's simple business. You get people to subscribe easily, and make it take some effort to cancel. They're not going to make it easy to give them less money.

And when did you last renegotiate your contract? You should do it every 18 months. My package should be £99 but I pay £51.

You might be able to cancel LFC TV and cancel your Sky package if you are not in a contract via the messaging service:
