Can't redeem a ballot win

Hi there. I've just been emailed to be told that I've won the ballot for Sky VIP tickets for Discover Wales with Cadw, however when I try to redeem, a message pops up saying 'Sorry, this event is now full'.

Has anybody else had this or any idea how to get in touch with the right place about this?
