@Pusskins2 You can't request cancellation through a public forum as this is not a Sky support route, nor would anyone know who you are from aforum post. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

We are customers here @Pusskins2 which is why you need to contact Sky support yourself either by phoning them or by using the messaging service, both of which can be found via the "Yes, I still need help" button towards the bottom of the in the link in the post above.
