I am getting this message when going through the app to get the discount

"unfortunately we cannot process your request online right now

Hi @J8212 your picture will show once moderated but guessing you will need to contact blue light about any problems.

Sky said it’s not them already called. Is it only for new customer maybe?

@J8212 do you maybe need to order through the discount company then. I know some of these discounts can only be taken/ordered through the actual discount company

Yes you click the link and that's where it takes you took via the discount company it's nhs blue light card

@J8212 might be for new customers only ? You could try a different web browser

@J8212 My understanding is that it used to be for new and existing customers however that has now changed to new customer only
