Bills sky high charges ridiculous anybody else

Dear All

Has anybody else's sky bill soared ?????
I called sky to ask why my bill had gone from 111 to 145 was told somebody would call me back the next day to discuss it.

however 3 days later I'm still waiting for a call back!!!!
this is what they do to customers of over 20 years what a rip off

@tracy.tonner The usual reason I'm afraid is it sounds like a discounted deal has now finished and you have started paying full price. You would have been told the duration of this deal when it was set up. It’s time to ring Sky and negotiate a new one. I'm not aware that once you get through to Sky they will ring you back the following day to discuss it further. That's a new one on me.

@tracy.tonner Sounds like a discounted period has ended, it really should not be a suprise as when you took out your previous deal it would have been explained how long it lasts for.
