My contract expires soon and I received email today offering me to stay for £103 a month I am only paying £81 a month at moment It's looking like I will be leaving sky that's a joke of a offer

You will always get a better deal by contacting them. Possibly even better with retentions if you are going to leave.

I would never take up anything you receive by email because as stated above Sky can offer better deals over the phone.

When your minimum term(contract by any other name) ends so do your discounts and your package may be well over £103 per month.
I would call Sky asap and try to renegotiate "politely but firmly" a deal that suits you.
