Returned box Sky saying I havent

I returned my sky router late June using the prepaid label I was sent. Last week I received a text saying I need to return the equipment still. Spoke to a helpful man at customer services who said sometimes it takes a while for the equipment to be logged on the system. On Saturday I received a letter chasing me for the equipment. I have searched high and low for the postage slip I was given at the post office but no luck. I posted several items at the same time and they have all arrived OK. Tried phoning again this morning but gave up after being cut off by them. Thanks in advance for any help

@Islander1981 You'll need to cal, them again, however now that you no longer have proof of postage you won't be able to provide eveidence to Sky, if they ask for it, that you have indeed returned the equipment.

Thanks oe your reply. I assume they can check the serial number of what they have received against my account.

Any idea when is the best time to call?
