You will need to contact Sky to resolve your issue I’m afraid.&amp;nbsp;Before your services are reinstated Sky normally require full payment of the outstanding balance and a new continuous payment method set up. If you are 2 weeks or more in arrears you will have to pay the next bill as well as this will now have been generated. Other than that you could try contacting Sky on a phone not connected to your account or by dialling 141 before the number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &amp;lt;removed&amp;gt; my sky has been cut off as I've missed twi bills I now owe 110 pound I think it is and my next one will be due soon I'm having trouble with my money as I get universal credits and I've not been paid so I'm having a dispute with them is there any way we can split the bill into to half's and add one onto my 10 th aug payment and half to my 10th September one other wise I honestly don't no how I'm going to pay it as I've not got 2p to my name at this very minute I would be very greatful as the past few months I've made payments even if they have been late thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp; I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky, if you have an outstanding baance Sky won't normally speak to you until the balance is fully paid &amp;amp; a new recurring payment setup.&amp;nbsp; You can try calling Sky from a number not linked to your account, or type 141 into your phone before calling Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I were you, I'd have a good think about what services you need, and once you've cleared what you owe, try and reduce the costs down. Many years back I hit a few issues with money, and whilst I didn't miss any bills owed, I did have to cut my monthly outgoings. The first thing to go was super fast Broadband, TV package to minimum allowed by Virgin(basically freeview) and got rid of multiroom. It's amazing what I saved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
