Hello

Looked at my latest bill it looks like there is £89 due .Im not sure why ?

are you taking one month up front ? if so I was not told about this I can only afford £39 payment could I pay the extra payment next month .

@NICHOLA72 It could be that a discounted period has come to an end, you can check by looking at previous bills compared to the latest, if you balance isn't paid in full then your services could be restricted, you need to call Sky before the payment is due to see what then can do.

It can't be requested via a forum as we are all customers here.

@NICHOLA72 Are you a new customer as first two bills are always higher because of the period they cover as explains in the understanding first two bills section of this link
