To whom it may concern,

my payment of £37 is due to come out via direct debit tomorrow unfortunately I don't have it in there until the 23rd of this month and was wondering if I could pay it then?

@Destiny1988 You're not talking to Sky support or any of their accounts people, this is a customer helps customer forum. If your Direct Debit fails Sky will attempt another request 10 days later.

@Destiny1988 To add to the correct info from @GD1 make sure you have sufficient funds in your account for that 2nd attempt otherwise you'll find your services restricted. If that's going to be a challenge you need to contact Sky while you still can easily.

@Destiny1988 don't be tempted to make a manual payment Sky will try again as advised by @GD1 just make sure the funds are available for then otherwise you risk your services becoming restricted

If you have the funds available on the 23rd then you should be OK but as stated above do not make a manual payment, instead let Sky take the direct debit again 10 days later and if they can then you will have no issues with this.
